Hypnosis videos in

Available for individual purchase.
For parents who want the best for their child.

When your child is suffering, you suffer too.

Your child doesn’t sleep through the night, has nightmares, and has a hard time getting out of bed in the morning. You don’t know what else to try.

Outbursts of anger that come out of nowhere. Sadness you can’t explain. You can tell something’s wrong, but you don’t know where to start.

Before school, there are stomachaches, tears, and screaming. Every morning it’s the same: “I don’t want to go to school!”

Your child is athletic. They’re signed up for a sports club, but they don’t want to go to practice. You just don’t understand why—and worse yet, you don’t know how to help.

You’ve already tried a lot of things: conversations, books, private lessons. And yet there’s still that feeling that something is missing.

Hypnosis works where words alone can’t reach – directly in your child’s subconscious.

Gently.

Playful.

Profound.

Child hypnosis is neither esoteric nor manipulative. It is a guided relaxation technique that helps the child enter a natural, deep state of openness.

In this state, the subconscious mind absorbs new images, feelings, and beliefs much more easily than when awake. Self-confidence increases. Courage grows. Inner strength emerges.

Children between the ages of 5 and 12 respond particularly well to hypnosis because their brains naturally still operate at the frequencies that hypnosis utilizes. It is their everyday state.

The videos are available in German, English, and Spanish. They are thoughtfully designed and specifically tailored to each age group.

I’ve been interested in hypnosis and related topics since I was 12 (since around 2015), so I’ve read a lot about it in books, listened to podcasts, and watched videos – even in languages I don’t understand.

Q&As

General questions

We’ve made sure that the content is appropriate for children starting around preschool age, or around 5 years old.

Before that, it’s a good idea for parents to take a moment to reflect on whether they might be dealing with a similar issue as their child. After all, children are often just a reflection of ourselves.

All content is 100% recorded, narrated, and created by us.

However, we may occasionally use AI to gather ideas – for example, to explore possible directions. As a rule, we then revise this content ourselves to ensure we deliver the highest possible quality.

Once you’ve purchased the content, you’ll have access to it (for now).

If we make changes that increase the value of the content, we reserve the right to offer you the option to pay the additional fee to gain access to the new content.

There are no hidden costs. We’re very transparent about everything here.

The only thing that could be called a “hidden” cost is the additional fee if you want access to new content within a package you’ve already purchased – content that significantly increases the value of the entire package.

But even in this case, we clearly communicate exactly what that investment would entail.

It’s also not a subscription. With our offer, we want to counteract the whole subscription craze.

However, we reserve the right to switch to a subscription model at some point if that would be the more sensible approach. Any packages purchased before then will still remain valid.

If you’re asking about the technical side of things, unfortunately, no. Currently, you can only purchase the packages individually.

If you’re asking about the non-technical side of things, yes. Of course, you can buy multiple packages for yourself or your child.

We offer various payment methods (through our payment service provider, Mollie).

  • PayPal
  • Bank transfer
  • Credit / debit card

Once you have successfully completed your purchase, you should be redirected to a thank-you page. There you will find the password, which you will need to enter in the respective resource library to access the content.

You will receive the password for the respective resource library on the thank-you page after you have completed your purchase.

If you did not receive the password, please contact us. We will then verify your purchase and send you the password via email.

Please write down the password so you don’t forget or lose it.

Yes, we do. We each have a free “sample video” available. In it, you can get a feel for how we speak, how the whole thing is structured, and so on.

Our goal here is not to replace therapy. We also advise against viewing or using the content here as a substitute for therapy.

In general, we also recommend checking beforehand whether it is safe for your child to listen to or watch this content.

The content is intended for healthy children who need a little support with everyday challenges.

No, the content isn’t personalized. So your child won’t be addressed by name.

However, the content is written in such a way that your child is addressed as “you” instead of “she.”

Unfortunately, we can’t say for sure, as it depends on a wide range of factors. For example:

  • How actively your child participates
  • How long the issue has been going on
  • Whether there are other related issues
  • How often they listen to, watch, or go through the content
  • How quickly they generally adapt to change
  • Etc.

The content is designed so that you can (often) use it without having to watch the video. It’s similar to a radio play.

Of course, as a parent, you can decide for yourself how you’d like to handle this.

It really depends. If your child wants to listen or watch without headphones, we don’t recommend it. However, it is generally possible with headphones. That said, some activities in the relaxation package, for example, are best done at home. Building a cave out of pillows and blankets, for instance, is pretty difficult to do in the car.

Unfortunately, we can’t give a general answer here. It depends on many factors.

It’s possible. In other words, the content might not have the same effect as it did the first time.

However, as a general rule (though I can’t promise this), the issue should be resolved (before any habituation effect could set in).

If the issue has many components, for example, it’s advisable to work with your child on an individual basis.

Questions about the individual packages

Relaxation

You can also let your child watch the videos during the day.

Normally, your child shouldn’t be tired afterward.

However, we recommend that you “try it out” on a day when it wouldn’t be a big deal.

Competition

Yes, some content is designed to be used right before a competition. However, there is also content that is not intended for use right before a competition.

Yes. There is content that uses anchors. Your child can, of course, use these as well.

Sleep

Both. There are videos on topics such as falling asleep, sleeping through the night, nightmares, sleeping alone, etc., as well as guided sleep videos.

Courage

That’s true when it comes to the content. How well the anchor works in everyday life depends on many factors.

  • How much courage does the child need to handle the situation?
  • How often has the child listened to the hypnosis recording?
  • How firmly established is the anchor?
  • Does the child feel confident enough to use the anchor?
  • Etc.

Regulation

Yes. Once your child has mastered the exercises, they can do them on their own without guidance. As a parent, you’re welcome to do the exercises with them. This also allows you to help your child regulate their emotions.

Learning

No. The main focus of the package is on helping your child, for example, concentrate better, learn more easily, and absorb information more effectively, etc.

It may be that this helps your child, for example, to concentrate better and for longer periods of time, or to learn the material more easily, but it does not “cure” dyslexia.

It’s possible. However, we can’t guarantee it.

Any questions?
